The instant modification application adds a single down link frequency band and three up link frequency bands to E050283 so that it may transmit and receive data with Galaxy 16. The instant modification application does not delete or modify any of the existing licenced frequencies or emissions. 10

The applicant certifies that grant of this application would not cause the applicant to be in violation of the spectrum aggregation limit in 47 CFR Part 20.
