EDS Spectrum hereby certifies that the installation of the additional antennas authorized under SES—MOD—20081015—01328 has been completed and the antennas have been placed into operational status on November 12, 2008, pursuant to SES—STA—20081015—01329 effective November 7, 2008. EDS Spectrum also certifies that each antenna facility has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209 of the Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 25.209. EDS Spectrum further certifies that the station will remain operational for the duration of the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation prior to the expiration date.
