This application seeks FCC authority to modify the license for fixed Earth station E960071 to change its regulatory status from common carrier to non−common carrier status. No other changes are proposed. AT&T Corp., licensee of the station, has proposed in File No. SES− ASG−20080902−01140, to assign this station to HNS License Sub, LLC (’Hughes’), and Hughes Exhibit A 10

This application seeks FCC authority to modify the license for fixed Earth station E960071 to change its regulatory status from common carrier to non−common carrier status. No other changes are proposed. AT&T Corp., licensee of the station, has proposed in File No. SES−ASG−20080902− 01140, to assign this station to HNS License Sub, LLC (’Hughes’), and Hughes will operate the station as a non−common carrier earth station upon consummation. See Exhibit A. 14
