SES—MOD—20080909—01173, SES—MOD—20080909—01174, and SES—MOD—20080909—01180 through SES—MOD—20080909—01186 Dear Ms. Dortch: HNS License Sub, LLC ("Hughes"), by its attorneys and pursuant to Section 25.133(b) of the Commission‘s Rules, 47 C.F.R. § 25.133(b), hereby confirms that it has completed the conversion of the earth stations with Call Signs E0O10207, E040228, E050236, E8454, E940441, E950008, E950010, E960071, and E980296 from common carrier operation to non—common carrier operation, as authorized in the grants of the above—referenced modification of license applications. The nine referenced earth station licenses were assigned from AT&T Corp. to Hughes pursuant to File No. SES—ASG— 20080902—01140, and consummation of the assignment was reported to the Commission by Hughes on December 22, 2008. All nine earth stations are now operated by Hughes on a non—common carrier basis, and there have been no technical changes to the operations previously authorized under each license to AT&T Corp.
