This application seeks FCC authority to modify the license for fixed earth sation WD34 to change its regulatory status from common carrier to non−common carrier status. No other changes are proposed. The Weather Channel, Inc., licensee of the station, has never used this station to provide a common carrier service and therefore, seeks to correct the 10
