Dortch Secretary Federal Communications Commission 9300 East Hampton Drive Capitol Heights, MD 20743 ATTN: International Bureau — Eleanor Lott Re: Construction of Earth Station E020237 File No. SES—MOD—20080616—00786 Dear Ms. Dortch: This letter is to notify the Commission that construction relating to Earth Station EO20237, licensed to WGAL Hearst Television Inc. f/k/a WGAL Hearst—Argyle Television, Inc. ("WGAL"), pursuant to the Commission‘s grant in File No. SES—MOD—20080616—00786, has been timely completed per the subsequent extension of time to construct as granted by letter on July 21, 2009, and the facility is capable of operation. The licensee has authorized the undersigned to represent that WGAL‘s operation of the modified earth station will be in conformance with the licensed parameters, the earth station will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation, and the antenna has been tested and certified by the manufacturer to be within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Rule Section 25,209. If any questions should arise during the course of your consideration of this notification, it is respectfully requested that you communicate with this office.
