Firstly, during the filing of the application, I was unable to enter all relevant information for block 43. Here is the full content as intended: 1. Modification — Configure OB and IB carriers for existing antenna HUB1 2. Modification — Add VSAT Network Remote Antennas 3. Services Description — EMF is the licensee of noncommercial educational radio stations. E920417 is used to uplink all EMF‘s live program material and most of its recorded local announcements for the network. The remote Tx capable network elements will implement Monitor and Control (M&C) capabilities for remote facilities. The current licensed OB carrier transmitted from HUB1 will be modified from its current configuration to: Title 47: 2.202 4M2 = 4.2MHz bandwidth Title 47: 2.201 G = (3) Emission in which the main carrier is angle—modulated: Phase modulation d is (5) two or more channels containing quantized or digital information D = (5) Data transmission, telemetry, telecommand The resultant information relative to the EIRP and density was based on the above intended emission. And this was the method used to determine the application information. If I am incorrect, please advise.
