("BFIT") hereby notifies the Commission, pursuant to Section 25.133(b) of the FCC‘s Rules (47 C.F.R. § 25.133(b)), that the additional 4.8 meter Ku—Band antenna authorized in the above—referenced file has commenced operation in accordance with the modified license granted on June 9, 2008 (Call Sign EO20024). - This letter confirms that the facility has been completed as authorized and that the antenna has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in §25.209 of the FCC‘s Rules. See 47 C.FE.R. § 25.209; Attached Certification of David Darakjy. The Earth station will remain operational during the license period ending April 8, 2012, unless submitted for cancellation. CERTIFICATION OF DAVID DARAKJY I, David Darakjy, a technically qualified engineer familiar with the requirements of Part 25 of the Commission‘s Rules, hereby certify that the satellite Earth station licensed to Broadcast Facilities, Inc. (Call Sign EO20024), as modified by the FCC on June 9, 2008 (SES—MOD—20080429—00499), was placed into operation on July 1, 2008, and that the antenna has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in §25.209 of the FCC‘s Rules (47 CER. § 25.209).
