The Commission granted Intelsat LLC‘s license to operate this earth station facility on October 29, 2007. The station became fully operational on or about September 1, 2008. The earth station antenna authorized by the E070223 license has been tested and operations are consistent with Part 25 of the Commission‘s Rules.
