Sect. 25.133, this is to advise that the above referenced Alascom, Inc. earth station is operational in accordance with the modification authorization granted on November 6, 2007. The earth station antenna has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209 of the Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. Sect. 25.209.
