Subject: CNN modifications for call signs E940420, E940421, and E950363

Towanda,

After discussing the modification applications for call signs E940420 (SES-MOD-
20070626-00869), E940421 (SES-MOD-20070626-00870), and E950363 (SES-MOD-
20070626-00868), we would like to reduce the power density by 1.5 db for
emissions designator 36M0G7W. This would provide a maximum EIRP density per
carrier of 35.63dBW/4KHz and a power density of -14dBW/4KHz. We believe this
will satisfy the Commission's standards for routine processing. Please let me
know if you have any further questions.

Thanks
