RCN License Subsidiary, Inc., seeks modification of its existing C−band earth station license from temporary−fixed to fixed, in accordance with the technical parameters described in this application. Other than the modification described in the application, RCN License Subsidiary, Inc., will operate its earth station in a manner consistent with 10
