The station is presently operational, with service having commenced on July 30, 2007, pursuant to authority granted in a request for license. See FCC File No. SES—MOD—20070514—00644, granted July 2, 2007; 3. Pursuant to Section 25.209 of the Commission‘s rules, the antenna has been tested and is within 2dB of the pattern specified; and 4. «KTLA—TV hereby certifies that if the station ceases to operate during the license period, the license will be surrendered to the FCC for cancellation.
