CERTIFICATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 47 C.F.R. 6 25.133(b) I, Steven Doiron, hereby certify that the following information relating to the establishment and commencement of operation of the modified earth station facilities authorized to HNS License Sub, LLC for Call Sign E940460 (File Nos. SES-MFS-20060720-01216 and SES-MOD-20070409-00463)at North Las Vegas, Nevada, is true and correct to the best of my belief and knowledge: 1. Name of Licensee: HNS License Sub, LLC 2. File Numbers of Applications: SES-MFS-20060720-012 16 and SES-MOD- - - ---------- 20070409-00463 ----------- - -- Call Sign of the Antenna: E940460 Dates of the License: September 19,2006 and May 23,2007 Completion of Facility: The modifications to the facility have been completed as authorized, with the note that one of the 7.6 meter hubs authorized in the 2006 modification was removed fiom the authorization in the 2007 modification. Antenna Testing: The new remote antenna and modified antenna facilities have been tested and are within 2 dB of the pattern specified in § 25.209. Date of Operation: Operation of this station pursuant to the modified authorization commenced on or about September 23,2006 and June 1,2007, respectively. Continued Operation: The station will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation.
