Annual Ka-Band Earth Station Report (Call Signs E100143, E050033, E120071, E120026, E120092, E120227, E120075) Dear Ms. Dortch: ViaSat, Inc. (“ViaSat”) submits this annual report in accordance with Section 25.145(f)(2) of the Commission’s rules regarding the number of earth stations brought into service under ViaSat’s blanket licensing authority in the Ka band. See 47 C.F.R. § 25.145(f)(2). As of December 31, 2014, ViaSat had deployed (a) 72,787 earth station terminals in connection with its legacy broadband service under Call Sign E050033, and (b) 601,769 earth station terminals in connection with its current-generation broadband service under the other call signs referenced above.
