(TS1) for Ku—band ESV authority all requested partial, temporary waivers of Sections 25.222(a)(7) and 25.222(c)(1) of the Commission‘s Rules. The applications for call signs KA313 and WRB36 requested waivers for one year running from July 20, 2006, while the applications for call signs E890649 and E930320 requested waivers for one year running from August 21, 2006. Both of those waiver periods are about to expire. Pursuant to Section 1.65 of the Commission‘s Rules, TSI hereby informs the Bureau that it does not seek an extension of those waiver periods.
