These filings are made in response to the Federal Communications Commission‘s Rules and Regulations, Section 25.133(b): Rach licensefor a transmitting earth station included in this part shall also specify as a condition therein that upon the completion ofconstruction, each licensee mustfle with the Commission a certification. Itis believed that the Commission willfind each Notifation to be in satisfactory form for the intended purpose. Modified regular authority for operation ofthe station was granted with an effective date of February 26, 207.
