This additional time is required due to international meetings conflicts and the unavailability of Iridium personnel and contractors with information necessary to provide a complete response. Specifically, Iridium requests until March 9, 2007 to file a response and requests that the International Bureau not dismiss this application pursuant to 47 C.F.R. §25.112(c) during this period.
