(FRN 0009421561) when in fact they should have been made under Loral SpaceCom Corporation (FRN-0013656939). By way of this email I am requesting that you kindly modify the above referenced modifications to reflect that they should be filed under SpaceCom Corporation (FRN- 0013656939).
