Applicant NewCom International seeks authorization to utilize a 4.5 meter transmit/receive Ku-band antenna under earth station E050018 in addition to its C-band authority. NewCom International also seeks authorization to uplink to the Hispasat-1D and Amazonas-1 geostationary satellites, both of which are foreign owned satellites approved and added to the FCC Permitted Space Station List.
