I not sure what I'm doing wrong. Because of new construction at the University we had to move the Antenna from a ground installation to the roof of the building. The new location information was entered on E35--E39. We have reduced are operating power from 300 Watts to 40 Watts. We have changed our Modulation service on E50 to 5MBPS, QPSK, DVD, MEP2. There are 2 copies of the Antenna Information but 1 of them is empty and with out validation this form should not have been saved and filed.
