SES—STA—20050930—01349 and SES—$TA—20050930—01350 MOTION FOR FURTHER EXTENSION OF TIME Pursuant to Section 1.46 ofthe Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 1.46, Iridium Satellte LLC and Iridium Carrier Services LLC (collectively, "Iidium") request an additional threeweek extension oftime, until December 27, 2005, to respond to the petiion to deny fil by Globalstar LLC ("Globalstar®)in the above—captioned proceeding. Iridium further requests a similar extension oftime to permit Globalsta tofila reply by January 20, 2006. Globalsta‘s petition raises technical issues that will require additional time to address. An additional three—week extension oftime wl allow Iridium to investigat technical solutions that could resolve Globalstar‘s interference concems. Globalstar has consented to Iridium‘s request to extend the deadline for filing a response from December 6 to December 27, 2005, and to extend Globalstar‘s deadline for filing a reply from December 20 to January 20, 2006, provided that a copy of Iridium‘s response is served on Globalstar by electronic mail or hand—delivery.
