Iridium and Eagle Broadband, Inc., the manufacturer of the equipment proposed in the above—referenced applications, diligently have been working to prepare a detailed response to the questions raised in your September 26letter. As a result of an unexpected change in Eagle Broadband‘s technical personnel within the last month, however, Iridium and Eagle Broadband are unable to provide the requested information T id 1 by October 26. Consequently, a brief extension from October 26 to November 16 would allow the parties sufficient time to provide a complete response to your letter of September 26. Thank you for your consideration.
