SES—STA—20050930—01349 ) and SES—STA—20050930—01350 MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME Pursuant to Section 1.46 of the Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R, § 1.46, Iidium Satellite LLC and Iridium Carrier Services LLC (collectively, "Iridium") request a one—week extension of time to respond to the petition to deny filed by Globalstar LLC ("Globalstar") in the above~ captioned proceeding. Globalstar‘s petition raises technical issues that will require additional time to address. A brief one—week extension of time will allow Iridium to investigate technical solutions that could resolve Globalstar‘s interference concerns. Globalstar verbally has consented to Iridium‘s request to extend the deadline for filing a response from November 29 to December 6, 2005. The parties also have agreed to a similar one— week extension oftime to permit Globalstar to file a reply by December 20, 2005, provided that a copy of Iridium‘s response is served on Globalstar by electronic mail or hand—delivery.
