43. Description. (Summarize the nature of the application and the services to be provided). Satamatics, Inc. (’Satamatics’) seeks to modify its title III authorization to provide the Inmarsat D+ service to customers in the United States. Satamatics is currently authorized to use mobile earth terminals (’MET’) model numbers −− JUE−610 DT, DMR−200 and SAT 101−− manufactured by JRC, Skywave and Satamatics respectively. By this modification application, Satamatics seeks to add another MET manufactured by Satamatics −− model number SAT 201. By this modification application, Satamatics is not seeking to increase the number of terminals that it is authorized for; rather, it seeks to use the additional terminal as part of the 25,000 terminals for which it is already authorized. In addition, by this modification application, Satamatics seeks to correct several typographical errors set forth in its authorization. 23
