This Earth Station is used to provide feeder link operations for the Globalstar Big LEO mobile satellite service (MSS) system. Globalstar Caribbean Ltd., is filing three separate license minor modification requests for three earth stations on the same parcel of land. Applicant requests consolidated treatment of these three minor modifications. 10
