By this Notification, Stratos Offshore Services Company (’Stratos’) notifies the FCC of an increase, pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Section 25.118(a)(3), in the number of VSAT remotes set forth in this authorization. Specifically, Stratos intends to use up to 300 units of each type of authorized remote. All other aspects of this authorization remain the same. 10

CERTIFICATION The Applicant waives any claim to the use of any particular frequency or of the electromagnetic spectrum as against the regulatory power of the United States because of the previous use of the same, whether by license or otherwise, and requests an authorization in accordance with this application.
