Mobile Telesystems, Inc. desires to modify the existing license to remove the waiver that limits the transmiting power to 13 watts. The antenna model KT2848 now fully meets the FCC antenna envelope requirements as defined in Part 25.209. The antenna should quality to have maximum power density allowed at −14 dBW/4kHz. 10
