File No. SES—MOD—20050203—00135 Dear Ms. Robertson: On February 3, 2005, GCI Communication Corp. filed the above—captioned application for authority to modify its existing C— Band‘ Earth Station. A review of the application revealed the following deficiency: The Frequency Coordination and Interference Analysis Report submitted with the application have lapsed, pursuant to Section 25.115 of the Commission‘s rules. The Report filed with the application is dated May 25, 2004. GCI is required to respond to this letter, by amendmentto subject application, not later than February 28, 2005. Failure to do so will cause the Commission to promptly dismiss this application, pursuant Section 25.112 (c) of its Rules. See 47 CFR. § 25.112 (c). Sincerely, AutHM KeAloc Scott A.
