The application seeks to add the standard Ku-band frequencies to the authorization on an ALSAT basis. As to the pre-existing extended Ku-band frequencies, they should be designated for use with Galaxy 3C (at 95.0 WL) and Galaxy 11 (at 91.0 WL) as specific points of communication.
