(’XM’) hereby requests authority to add its replacement satellites (XM−3 at 85W (Call Sign S2617) and XM−4 at 115W (Call Sign S2616)) to the list of satellites authorized to operate with its existing licensed uplink/TT&C facility located in Washington, DC (Call Sign E000158). XM Radio also requests authority to continue to operate this existing licensed uplink/TT&C facility with its licensed satellite XM−Roll (Call Sign 2118) after this satellite is relocated from the 85W to the 115W orbital location. The existing authorized technical parameters for this licensed uplink/TT&C facility will not change. Nonetheless, in the interest of completeness, XM Radio has restated herein the existing authorized technical parameters for this licensed uplink/TT&C facility. 21
