Elise:

Here is the response from Tim Crutcher at Comsearch. He could not read the top
of page two of the fax from the FCC due to the red warning stripe my old thermal
fax machine puts out when the paper is low. That line refers to the power
density of the 11m antenna. Tim said that for an Analog emission the power
levels are within FCC specifications.

Please do not hesitate to call my cell if there are additional clarifications
necessary. Thank Towanda for her good catch on the errors on our part.

Bill,

Good morning.

Concerning the questions Towanda had on the FCC application. The pages to the
fax appear to be cut off of the right hand side. I think I can get enough of
what the issues are.

Certification: Environmental Impact. No should have been checked, we addressed
this issue in the radiation hazard study.

The 36000F9 is the analog video emission designator of yesteryear.

This should be 36M0F3F - Analog video with associated audio subcarriers.

The Power Density question. The EIRP and EIRP Density numbers are reversed.

The EIRP Density for the 36M0G7W should be 31.8 and the EIRP should be 55.8.

The EIRP Density for the 64K0G7W should be 35.9 and the EIRP should be 47.0.

This would put the Power Density number at -14.1 for the 36M0G7W and -10.0 for
the 64K0G7W. These are both below the required -2.7

I think this is everything, on the second page of the license P.2/2 there is a
thick black line at the top of the page, not sure what if anything is under
that.

I'll give you a call later this morning to review this info.

Tim
