SAT-MOD-20031118-00333, SAT-AMD-20031118-00332, SES-MOD-20031118-01879; IB Docket No. 01-185 Dear Ms. Dortch: GMPCS Personal Communications, Inc. (“GMPCS”) submits this letter in the above- referenced proceedings in which GMPCS raised concerns regarding the terms of the ATC license issued to MSV. We understand that Mobile Satellite Ventures LP, Mobile Satellite Ventures (Canada) Inc., and Inmarsat Global Limited recently entered into a long-term coordination agreement regarding the operation of Inmarsat’s and MSV’s satellite communications systems in North America, and that, pursuant to that agreement, and subject to it being accepted by the relevant Administrations (United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom), Inmarsat has withdrawn its Application for Review and other filings in these proceedings. For these reasons, and subject to that same condition, GMPCS withdraws its filing dated December 20,2004 in these proceedings. Please contact the undersigned with any questions regarding this matter.
