SAT-MOD-20031118-00333, SAT-AMD-20031118-00332, SES-MOD-20031118-01879; IB Docket No. 01-185 Dear Ms. Dortch: Thrane & Thrane Airtime Ltd. submits this letter in these proceedings in which Thrane & Thrane Airtime Ltd. raised concerns regarding the terms of the ATC license issued to MSV. We understand that Mobile Satellite Ventures LP, Mobile Satellite Ventures (Canada) Inc., and Inmarsat Global Limited recently entered into a long-term coordination agreement regarding the operation of Inmarsat’s and MSV’s satellite communications systems in North America, and that, pursuant to that agreement, and subject to it being accepted by the relevant Administrations (United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom), Inmarsat has withdrawn its Application for Review and other filings in these proceedings. For these reasons, and subject to that same condition, Thrane & Thrane Airtime Ltd. withdraws its filing dated January 5, 2005 in these proceedings.
