We understand that Mobile Satellite Ventures LP, Mobile Satellite Ventures (Canada) Tnc., and Imnarsat Global Limited recently entered into a long-term coordination agreement regarding the operation of Inmarsat's and MSV's satellite communications systems in North America, and that, pursuant to that agreement, and subject to it being accepted by the relevant Administrations (United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom), Iruiiarsat has withdrawn its Application for Review and other filings in these proceedings. For these reasons, and subject to that same condition, Nera, Inc. withdraws its filing dated December 23, 2004 in these proceedings.
