Washington, DC 20554 Dear Ms. Lam: I am writing to ask The Commission to formerly withdraw Americom Government Service’s application to modify FCC call sign license E020276 to add a temporary C- Band antenna. We were not aware that a modification of this nature would not be routinely granted by the FCC. The application to modify the license was assigned file number SES-MOD-20030214-00207. Americom Government Services wishes to let the application return to it’s original state prior to the application to modify the license being filed. Please let me know if there is anything further I need to do to rescind the application to modify this call sign. Sincerely, James R.
