Ohi0/Oklahoma Hearst—Argyle Télevision, Inc. ("Ohio/Oklahoma"), licensee ofEarth Station E880679, by its attorneys, amends its Reply Comments to the comments ofPanAmSat Corporation ("PanAmSat") regarding Ohi0/Oklahoma‘s requests to modify its license for call sign E880679 to add digital newsgathering capabilities to its existing transportable Ku—band uplink earth station (FCC File Nos. SES—MOD—20011119—02106 and SES—AMD—20020123—00053). In its Comments, PanAmSat indicated that it "has no objection to grant of [Ohio/Oklahoma‘s] Modification Request, provided that it complies with the Commussion‘s power limits." Counsel for PanAmSat has notified Ohi0/Oklahoma that the power levels specified in its Reply Comments and amendment continue to exceed the Commission‘s power limits. Accordingly, Oh10/Oklahoma files the instant Amended Reply to correct its previous filings. To the extent that its applications request authority to operate its transportable Ku—band uplink earth station at a power that would exceed the limits of the Commussion‘s rules, Oh10/Oklahoma states that the applications are erroneous, and Ohi0/Oklahoma states that the correct
