         Re: Call Signs E990032, E990034 and KA304

Dear Ms. Dortch:

Vizada Satellite, Inc. (formerly Telenor Satellite, Inc.) hereby requests that the Inmarsat—
3 AOR satellite at 54° W.L. be removed as a point of communication from the licenses for the
three earth stations referenced above. The Inmarsat—3 satellite formerly at 54° W.L. has been
relocated to 142° W.L., and the three earth stations referenced above (all of which are in
Southbury, CT) do not communicate with that satellite at its new location.

Any questions with respect to this matter should be directed to the undersigned.

                                                                Respectfully submitted,

                                                                Vizada Satellite, Inc.
