Dortch, Secretary Federal Communications Commission Office of the Secretary 445 12th Street, SW Washington, DC 20554 Re: Telesat Network Services, Inc.; Call Sign KA399; Notification of Emergency Contact Information Dear Madame Secretary: Pursuant to the grant of the above-referenced authorization to operate an earth station facility with Earth Station on Vessels (“ESV”) units, Telesat Network Services, Inc. (“Telesat”) is required to keep current the emergency contact information that can be used in the event that its ESV units must cease operations. Telesat is herein notifying the Commission that, effectively immediately, the telephone contact information is updated as follows. This contact facility is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 570-226-6688. In accordance with Special Provision 5903 of its current authorization, Telesat is also notifying the Naval Electromagnetic Spectrum Center to provide the same contact information as above.
