The current STA for the mobile terminals expires on January 28, 1996, see Order and Authorization, File No. 681 DSE—MP/L—95, DA 95—1701 (August 1, 1995); Order on Reconsideration, File No. 681— DSE—MP/L—95, DA 95—1723 (August 4, 1995). An extension is necessary for the service to continue. To the best of our knowledge, since AMSC received the original STA grant, circumstances have remained unchanged.
