PLEADING TO CORRECT RECEIVE-ONLY EARTH STATION SITE INFORMATION To Whom It May Concern: Reference earth station registration for Time Warner Cable Midwest LLC FRN 0021519962 Call sign: WB50 in Owensboro, KY The actual NAD83 coordinates of this active station, from Google Earth, are: 37° 46’ 26.5” N Latitude 87° 09’ 29.5” W Longitude Elevation: 124.4 meters (408 ft.) The approximately 1000-ft. discrepancy is due to a mis-calculation of the site coordinates, working from USGS Topographic maps at the time. Registrant requests correction in the IBFS record.
