- COMSAT, Inc. respectfully requests that its KA31 license be corrected to specify as per the schedule B a more accurate latitude, longitude and elevation and to add to the Frequency Coordination Section of the license East and West Longitude Specifications for L-band frequencies and missing C-band Coordination specifications. It is also requested that 'Permitted Space Station List' and Inmarsat satellites be added as per the Schedule B to the Point of Communications authorized for the antenna. See Exhibit 1 - Application Narrative and Exhibit 2 - License Mark up for additional details and directions.
