COMSAT, Inc. respectfully requests that its KB34 license be modified to add East and West Longitude Specifications for L-band frequencies to the Frequency Coordination Section of License. It is also requested that missing particulars and specifications be added to the Particulars of Operations, Frequency Coordination, Point of Communications and Antenna Facilities Sections of License. See Exhibit 1 - Application Narrative and Exhibit 2 - License Mark up for additional details and directions.Exhibit 1
