Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: AC BidCo LLC Section 1.65 Letter File No. SES-MFS-20170109-00015, Call Sign E120106 Dear Ms. Dortch: AC BidCo LLC (“AC BidCo”), by its attorney and pursuant to Section 1.65 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 1.65, hereby updates the above-referenced application to modify AC BidCo’s Earth Stations Aboard Aircraft license (the “Modification Application”), which sought to add satellites as authorized points of communication. Specifically, AC BidCo clarifies that all references in the legal narrative of the Modification Application to the “Telesat T12V” spacecraft at 15° W.L. as well as the reference in Annex 2 of the Modification Application to “T-12V” refer to the Telstar 12 Vantage space station, which has been assigned call sign S2933 by the Commission. The satellite was identified by call sign in both the Schedule B filed with the Modification Application and in footnote 7 on page 3 of the legal narrative. AC BidCo is attaching an updated copy of page 2 of Annex 2 of the Modification Application that references the satellite’s call sign. AC BidCo requests that the Commission take these clarifications into account in processing the Modification Application. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding this matter.
