(“EchoStar”) submits this request for a minor administrative correction to the above-referenced earth station licenses. Specifically, EchoStar seeks a correction to Section D (Points of Communications) of each of the four earth station licenses to clarify that the EchoStar 23 satellite at 44.9° W.L. is an authorized point of communications for telemetry, tracking, and control and feeder links only. The requested correction is consistent with Commission grant on January 23, 2017, of the above- referenced modification applications to add EchoStar 23 as a point of communications for such earth station operations.
