Exhibit 3 – Response to Question 42a - Information for Non-U.S. Licensed Satellites Airbus Satcom DS Government, Inc. By this application, Airbus Satcom DS Government, Inc. (ASGI) is seeking authority to add emission designators and related specifications and add the Inmarsat 4F3 satellite (98° WL) as a point of communication for its 10.4 meter earth station associated with license KB34. In order to satisfy the requirements of Sections 25.114 and 25.137 of the Commission’s Rules with respect to the 4F3 satellite, ASGI hereby incorporates by reference the applications of Intelsat North America LLC, as amended, which contain all of the required information for the Inmarsat 4F3 satellite. See IB File Nos. SES-MFS-20080228-00207; SES- AFS- 20080410-00448; SES-AFS-20080915-01200.
