The original response asserts applicant’s compliance with Section 25.222 (d) of the Commission’s Rules for Earth Stations on Vessels by stating – (d) Comply. ASGI does not operate any ESVs in the 14.47 – 14.5 GHz frequency band. The response was intended to state – (d) Comply. Until the coordination process is completed ASGI will continue to comply with 25.222 (d) by not operating Ku-band ESVs at all in the 14.47 – 14.5 GHz frequency band within the specified distances of the protected facilities. As we agreed, I prepared the attached correction request and am adding it and this email to the SES-MFS- 20150417-00221 file via the IBFS Pleadings and Comments tool.
