The original response asserts applicant’s compliance with Section 25.222 (c) of the Commission’s Rules for Earth Stations on Vessels. As noted during this phone call the last sentence of the submitted response states – Until the coordination process is completed ASGI will continue to comply with 25.222 (c) by not operating Ku-band ESVs at all in the 14.47 – 14.5 GHz frequency band within the specified distances of the protected facilities. The sentence should state – Until the coordination process is completed ASGI will continue to comply with 25.222 (c) by not operating Ku-band ESVs at all in the 14.0 – 14.2 GHz frequency band within the specified distances of the protected facilities. As per your instruction I prepared the attached correction request and am adding it and this email to the file via the IBFS Pleadings and Comments tool.
