QUESTION 28 EXHIBIT – RADIATION HAZARD STUDIES Astrium Services Government, Inc. (ASGI) The Ku-Band Hub antennas which are being added to the Southbury, CT KA304 license are not new facilities. As further explained in the Exhibit for Question 43 these antennas are currently authorized per ASGI’s Southbury, CT WB36 and KA313 licenses. No change is being requested to the authorizations which are set forth for these antennas in the WB36 and KA313 licenses and except for refinement of the response to E11 of Schedule B specifying the latitude and longitude of the antennas, the information set forth in the Schedule B of this Modification Application adding them to the KA304 license is a replication of that which is set forth for the authorizations for those antennas in the WB36 and KA313 licenses. ASGI therefore respectfully hereby incorporates by reference the Radiation Hazard Studies which were previously submitted to the Commission in support of the prior WB36 and KA313 applications which were the basis for those authorizations.
