QUESTION 28 EXHIBIT – RADIATION HAZARD STUDIES Astrium Services Government, Inc. (ASGI) The C-Band/ L-Band Hub antenna which is being added to the Southbury, CT E990034 license is not a new facility. As further explained in the Exhibit for Question 43 this antenna is currently authorized per ASGI’s Southbury, CT KA313 license. No change is being requested to the authorization which is set forth for the antenna in the KA313 license and except for refinement of the response to E11 of Schedule B specifying the latitude and longitude of the antenna, the specifications and parameters set forth in the Schedule B of this Modification Application adding it to the E990034 license are a replication of that set forth for the authorization for the antenna in the KA313 license. ASGI therefore respectfully hereby incorporates by reference the Radiation Hazard Studies which were previously submitted to the Commission in support of the prior KA313 applications which were the basis for the KA313 authorization.
